General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through the online shop www.wonder-lights.com with IFT Handels- und Entwicklungs GmbH.
The online shop is aimed at consumers and entrepreneurs. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person, or partnership with legal capacity, that acts in the exercise of its trade, business or self-employed professional activity when concluding the contract.
Entrepreneurs are asked to contact us by e-mail at office@ifteurope.com before placing an order and to provide their company name, business address and – where available – their VAT identification number. Provisions of these GTC that expressly apply only to consumers do not apply to entrepreneurs.

The business address is also the address for returns and complaints.
3. Offer, order and conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
The customer can review and correct their entries before submitting the order using the technical means provided during the ordering process. By clicking the final order button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.
The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation by e-mail. With this order confirmation, we accept the order.
The contract languages are German and English. The order data, these GTC, the withdrawal policy and the model withdrawal form are provided to the customer together with the order confirmation on a durable medium, in particular by e-mail or as a PDF attachment.
4. Prices and payment
All prices stated in the online shop are total prices. They include the applicable statutory value added tax and the cost of standard shipping within the European Union. No additional shipping costs apply for standard shipping within the European Union.
Payment is made by credit card via the payment service provider Stripe. The total amount is due immediately upon completion of the order and is charged without delay.
5. Delivery area and delivery time
Deliveries via the regular online shop are made to delivery addresses within the member states of the European Union.
The delivery time is 5 to 9 working days from receipt of the order confirmation. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the registered office of our company.
Should a significant delivery delay exceptionally occur, we will inform the customer without delay.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in the separate withdrawal policy and the model withdrawal form.
The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods where this diminished value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Actually using Wonder-Lights on hair, in particular with hair colour or bleach, may go beyond such customary inspection. Residues, discolouration, signs of use, damage or missing components may therefore lead to a legally permissible deduction for diminished value, to be determined in the specific case.
Entrepreneurs have no statutory right of withdrawal.
8. Warranty and complaints
The statutory warranty provisions apply. Consumers’ statutory warranty rights are not restricted by these GTC.
Normal wear and tear, as well as damage or functional impairments that arise only through improper use, use contrary to the intended purpose, or use contrary to the operating instructions, do not constitute a defect for which we are responsible.
Complaints can be sent to office@ifteurope.com or to the address stated in section 2.
9. Product information
Wonder-Lights is a reusable aid for applying hair colouring and bleaching products. The operating instructions as well as the manufacturer and safety information of the respective hair colouring or bleaching products used must be observed.
Before using hair colouring or bleaching products, the compatibility and skin tests recommended by the respective manufacturer must be carried out. Hair colouring and bleaching products are not part of Wonder-Lights unless expressly stated otherwise in the respective offer.
10. Liability
We are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions. Liability for damage caused exclusively by improper use, use contrary to the intended purpose, or use of Wonder-Lights contrary to the operating instructions, or by the properties or incorrect application of third-party hair colouring or bleaching products, exists only to the extent provided for by law.
Liability for personal injury and claims under the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.
11. Data protection
Information about the processing of personal data is available in the privacy policy at www.wonder-lights.com.
12. Out-of-court dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board, unless there is a statutory obligation to do so.
13. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the state of their habitual residence.
For contracts with entrepreneurs, the court with subject-matter jurisdiction at the registered office of IFT Handels- und Entwicklungs GmbH is agreed as the exclusive place of jurisdiction. For consumers, the statutory provisions on jurisdiction apply.
14. Final provisions
Should any provision of these GTC be or become wholly or partially invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The statutory provisions shall replace the invalid provision.
